I know about levels, that is not my problem. I do not know how to get a perk using a perk point. How do I actually spend a perk point. I have eleven perk points and do not know how to apply a point to a perk, any perk.

I have tried many things but I have been unable to "spend" a perk point. I have no idea what key to click on what when, etc..what a dummy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am a bit physically handicapped and cannot do things fast in-game. And being 75 years old does not help. I don't use the (~) commands often but there is one I need to use and cannot. I would like to advance a quest to the next stage when I find I am unable to complete the current stage due to the need for quick reactions. The command "player.SetStage <QuestID> <Stage> I believe would do what I need. But, I must have the parameter values for the QuestID and the Stage. The info can be found for Oblivion quests but since the Nehrim quests do not exist in the Oblivion data bases I am up against a brick wall. I thought some of the Nehrim modders might be able to help.
