oki so not sure what happened but i got a windows popup that i had to do something i did that then restarted my pc and it now works again so i guess the problem was after a windows update it self but thank you so much for taking your time to try and help and i hope you got a wonderful day update so it worked with the first mod i then tried to download and install 2 other mods and then back to the same error i then decided to restart my computer and somehow it lets me install them so idk whats going on but somehow the only way i can do it is download all the mods i want then restart my computer and then i can install them

i can open and unpack the file no matter if its manually downloaded or downloaded thru vortex i will try to install from file with a manually download right now and it gives the exact same error when trying to install from file

so when trying to install a mod dosnt matter the game nor mod it will say the same for every game and mod i have tried to reinstall vortex several times both with and without custom location all my games at installed on my D drive i have whitelisted vortex to the firewall and my malware fighter i also tried to reinstall both winrar and 7zip and i have also tried to extract the files and then repack them into both rar and 7zip files "just for info then last line in the first picture means access denied" can someone please help with this issue

i do not use mod organizer unless you mean Nexus Mod Manager i only have one audio mod as far as i know i might probaly have more not sure :S

hi guys so i have a problem. first it started of with i tried to make a new start and when your head is about the get cut off and the dragon langs on the building and roars my game crashes i didnt think to much about it so just made a new game with alternative start and decited to skip that intro part but then when ever i enter a fight as in before my weapon hits the enemy or when the enemy starts to turn to attack me/going in combat with me or when the combat music is about to start then my game just crashes right away i have run LOOT, FNIS user and run TES5Edit this is a link to the report from TES5Edit https://pastebin.com/e5YT9NNP this is a link to my load order https://pastebin.com/KeXDvfXv
