Updated with pics please help.

Hello I have been using the UI mods from the Morrowind 2017 pastebin guide but I have been having some issues... First is the scrolling issue with the menu font... the font gets squished to where I cant hardly read it in the menus... Then when I am trying to enchant an item sometimes there is no button appearing whatsoever to confirm or cancel the enchantment I want... Can someone please help me here?
