When I finish character creation the game crashes about 30 seconds later. Running Re-Engaged ENB, SSE Engine Fixes, Misc Fixes, net framework, Quickloot. If it matters I also have HDT CBBE Physics patch for CCBE installed but not HDT Physics because that Chinese site doesn't work right now. The original error I'm trying to fix is the game freezing at main menu/ showing pop-ups for a quest. Yes, I have this "issue" I have not set the program to run as admin from Win 10 compatibility settings and Vortex still gives me this "error". I have UAC settings at default 2nd from highest and I still have this popup. From what I see the only real solution is to create a 2nd regular user and run vortex from there and switch back to the main user to play the game. This is unrealistic and seems like a major bug. Please let me know if missing something.

Hi everyone, I'm having CTD that as far as I can tell are completely random. Sometimes it crashes during game load, sometimes it loads fine. I'll be playing fine for 10 minutes and then it'll crash again. I have legit FONV with NVSE and 4GB exe patch ( the new one). I have also implemented "Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems" and "Issue: Recent (post-Win10 FCU) CTDs after 10-20 minutes of play" from the http://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Fallout_NV_Mod_Conflict_Troubleshooting. Hi, Came back to fallout 4 and updated all my mods and added a few more. Now for some reason, I can't scrap any legendaries. I looked it up and apparently it's not in the base game. So some mod I installed in the past must have made me be able to scrap legendaries. I googled around and installed this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2326/? hoping it would fix my problem. As the title of the thread, for some reason, I still cannot scrap legendaries.
