yeah i tried updating directx but the installer always says that it is up to date, and i launch oblivion through the normal launcher and the game is in the programs folder.

ok so everytime i install an enb the d3d9.dll will cause my game to simply not start up. steam will say its running but it wont be and i dont know what to do. is there any fix for this?
