You have to make .egm file using conformulator. Or grab them here, though I'm not sure they will work well. Thanks LFact i'll try that and +REP/KUDOS I use the Lop ears elf mini and I also use Modular Beautiful People 2ch-Edition (Full) v1.4a pack. I don't have any other version. I also got x117 race. EDIT: I used conformulator. and no luck. Same thing happening. I installed that other thing, no luck with that either. The EGM and TIF files it generate doesn't change it. Maybe it's the head model itself? Or maybe I can make the hair load higher? Is that possible?

DLCThievesDen - Unofficial Patch - SSSB.esp DLCBattlehornCastle - Unofficial Patch.esp those two never worked for me when I had them enabled. Try removing those two. If that wont work you can try the long and annoying way of seeing if it works; like unchecking certain mods one by one and singling it out more.

It never came with an EGM file.. just a .NIF file and lots of .DDS files (all different colors)

New problem with my old hair mod. Thanks to these boards I learned how to add custom hair threw TESCS program. and I get the problem on this picture. Before I had to re-install this mod. It worked + I remember not adding it threw TESCS. I replaced that hair mod with the 002 Fallhair mod. Any help is appreciated. http://i55.tinypic.com/35jw86d.jpg

And only way of doing this is replacing an existing hair mesh? Anyways.thanks for the help I got TESCE and I figured out how to add and replace hair + drag it into the race. BUT to save it.. I can't replace files already in use and saving it as a new pluggin.. loading it doesn't do anything. Any tips on the saving process after you're done?

Yes I know it tells me to use TESCS but I've got it to work without it before and I just can't anymore. Anyway so you're suggesting I use TESCE.. opening an excising race? then adding the hair for that race?

I've been trying to get http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23661 working and it just wont show up for me no matter where I put it. Weirder thing for me is that it came with .nif.. but not .egm also? This is so confusing. All it comes with is one .nif file for meshes and a lot of .dds files for textures. I've put the folders in "Meshes" or "Textures" and race wont pick it up. Anyone have an idea?

I installed oblivion a few times and added some mods (that never gave me this problem before) Anytime I attempt to change my skin color or any tones at all in character creation; nothing changes. Tried ShowRaceMenu from a saved file + also tried starting a new game. Anyone have any ideas? EDIT: I unchecked all Mods and it still does that. Installed again, no mods. Still does it. Could it be that I didn't delete some settings from an .INI file or something? Problem solved. The INI settings WERE messed up.. well thanks for nothing

I have the same problem and why couldn't you just tell the solution instead of linking it? Now we have to read threw x-amount of pages? Very helpful. Anyway the problem was having 'draw' as your 'F' key. Change it to something else and it should work fine.
