I actually SOLVED this problem after my post yesterday! I extracted files in Update.bsa and added them as a mod in Mod Organizer. Then deleted the original BSA file. Boom! It worked! I didn't delete the three .txt files as Fore suggested tho.

The problem is still lingering without any solution in the community :sad:
