  1. So I'm porting the Halo 4 Sniper into Fallout 3 (I'm not releasing on nexus, I know it'll get taken down.)   2. So i hate how the light in fallout New Vegas is radial. It would be nice if I could mod it to be a cone light with a light map of a flashlight. However, when I went to the light I saw no such setting for either a light map or a cone light (instead of radial). If any body knows if such a mod already exists, or has an idea on how to go about this, help would be appreciated.
