Motoi Sakuraba is always so epic. I really love the Golden Sun soundtrack, it's EPIC prog-rock coming out of that tiny little GBA. It's incredible the man was able to do so considering the limited sounds the GBA can produce. My favourite of that soundtrack would be , though the and themes are favourites also.

My favourite retro games would be the ones I still play once in a while. In no particular order: Duke Nukem 2 Tyrian Earthsiege 2 Civilization II Street Fighter II Alpha Centauri Link's Awakening Death Rally Terminal Velocity

For me, the worst game is Schizm: Mysterious Journey. While I generally like Myst-style empty world puzzle/adventure games, and I enjoyed its predecessor Reah, this game is horrible. Even just moving around is taxing, and the acting... oh, the acting.

I know I'm reviving an old thread, but I'm new to the forums, and this concept really grabbed me. I have an idea how to make it work, so I'm going to try making it a reality. I have a few other ideas to incorporate in this project, like making it depend on your skills. But making it actually work is of course the first challenge.
