Greetings! I would like for someone to add the Handgun A.K.A the "Silver Ghost" from Resident Evil 4 into the world of Fallout New Vegas. I have no idea what I am to do to even start creating mods, so at the very least if someone can point me in the right direction to create it myself that would be great too.
