Ok so it's something to do with my save file because the other one is running at 60fps. *sigh* I need help

I tweaked the settings in the stutter remover file now I found it. It was in the NVSE ---> PLUGINS which I didn't know I also reinstalled stutter remover but only affected the menu so I am guessing It's a mod making my game lag?

Or at least I think so. It goes higher in the menu and pipboy but thats it. The only mods I have installed the make graphics better are NMC (MEDIUM) Imaginator and cinematech, project reality, weapon retexture project, better metal impact, ragdoll overhaul, collision mesh overhaul wip, eve, animation replacer for guns, enhanced camera I also have freeside restoration and new vegas although it lags everywhere so I don't see where that matters. I also have stutter remover for new vegas and 4GB which I run it through. I use to have wasteland flora and enhanced grass on. Had it at max everything using confiurgator for new vegas and I since reverted back to normal settings and removed wasteland flora and enhanced grass but it's still the same. I have an AMD radeon hd 7900 series and 4095 of memory I am pretty sure I can run most graphics mods that I have on. I tried a suggestion from someone else who said to go to sr_newvegasstutterremover.ini file and change the Maximum fps and Minimum fps lines but I don't have those in my ini file so whats going on?

Thanks for trying to help me though! I went into the ini files and re copy and pasted the font text even though I am pretty sure they were not changed the looked the same at least.

OH FIXED IT SOMEHOW

It was working fine than I put the game in windowed mode and forgot to put it back to 1600x900 or what ever the top resolution was so I launched it in fullscreen in the lowest resolution letterbox and than when I changed it back DarnUI stopped working I reinstalled it I reinstalled Project Nevada and Mod Config Menu. In order of this: Darn-Project Nevada-MCM What am I going to have to do? So now it's in the game but it's huge and everythings cut off. I was running it in windowed mode for fake fullscreen mod.

I want an ENB that is vibrant, colorful but doesn't change a lot. I was gonna use BLACKOUT ENB but it makes the lights blue for some reason and stuff. I would like it to be not fps intensive but I guess it doesn't matter if it is. Also I have an AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series so would most ENB's be able to run on pretty good settings or what? I also have NMC Medium texture pack and I have Project Reality and I would prefer it was compatible with those two things. Also an ENB like Rudy ENB is the kind of ENB I would not like.

I installed Fallout 3 groovatron with NMM and groovatron NV.

Is the next 2 installments going to take as long as part 1???? I wish they would have made all three installments together that way you don't have to have your save file just laying around.

Thanks so much but do you know if there is way I can use the grip animations with WAR if I can't it's fine cause probably not.

I accidently downloade heffys v2 animations with these ones and now I can't change the third person animations. It's stuck on the one I chose and it's getting kind of annoying for other mods where the gun goes through the armor or what ever. The first person animation does not even work. The rifle and pistol animations work but not the assault rifle ones. I tried everything the fomod version and everything else is there a way to download clean vanilla files on the internet?

When I first got NVSE it worked fine but now when I launch it it launches through steam. There is no error or anything but I just want to know if I am actually running NVSE when I play or if I am just playing vanilla launcher cause the screen that you can check your data comes up. In NVSE the game would just launch.

I have a like 13 mods or so on its kind of getting laggy i was playing rust town and when i entered the town i started getting 20 14 frames. In the wasteland i get 30 to 60 but depending where maybe less. it also has crashed 3 times. IT only started to get laggy when i download new vegas bounties 1 and 2 rust town and world of pain. could you tell me which mod i should get rid of it 4gb fallout doesn't take away lag and also does going to the data files and unchecking a mod less the lag or do i have to delete it from the data file.
