Looks like a conflicting mod to me, try going through your load order and seeing if you have any body type mods, if that fails try reinstalling the mod, if all else fails try starting a new game and doing a verify steam cache integrity.

The ini files are not important here, you need to post your load order (a collection of all your mods) to see if the nexus ones you download are conflicting with any of the steam ones, you should also try installing the mods manually, rather then through NMM.

Post your load order and note the ones you would like to remove and I'll tell you if you need to start a new game or not.

Try finding the id for that quest and forcing it to move to a point where she is your follower ie, setstage (QuestID) (Last stage of quest)

You can't copy the shout directly, it needs to be a new spell all together, I would suspect you could use the same effect, although how this would translate into a spell, I am unsure, I am however certain that you wouldn't technically need to learn any scripting as the scripting for that effect is already there, you would just have to find a way to convert that to a spell script, rather than a shout.

The only mod here that might be causing this would be: Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Major City Interiors.esp but, it sounds like you are killing your computer with those kinds of settings! Try turning it down a bit to see if it changes anything. Also might want to try a verify steam cache and sort out your load order a bit.

So I just had an idea to make a mod that added various scholars around Skyrim who would have conversations IN DRAGON with you, perhaps you might go on small retrieval quests for them, the dragon language has always fascinated me and I was wondering if anyone felt the same way. NOTE: This IS NOT a mod request, I will be making the mod, I am posting this to see if anyone would be interested in seeing such a mod.

Would suggest following any uninstall instructions the mods give and doing a steam verify cache, most of these issues are caused by mod conflicts or you didn't install the mod correctly, try going through your mods and seeing if there are any other mods that may affect these areas of the game.

Have you tried a verify steam cache? Failing that make sure your load order is correct and there are no conflicts, try running with no mods and finally start a new game and try then, failing all of that delete Honest Hearts from your steam folder and do a verify steam cache.
