I can't seem to get this despite editing values I thought were associated with it in combat systems and other files. Does anyone know how to increase the range of this ability? I can't get it.

As you know, the Jaws of Hakkon have glowing weapons. The sword you get only partly does this. Is it possible to acquire a mod to allow this skin on a weapon? I also noticed throughout the game some human bosses are qunari sized. Is it possible to scale the human male to this size with a mod?
