Just wanted to join in with everyone elses praise and thank you for your hard work, SKSE and other modders like you are the only reason I still play Skyrim to this day after so many years.

I think it just lets you skip if you had all perks, the only issue I really remember was if you made all your attributes 10's then later got another attribute point from a quest or wherever it would leave you stuck in the level up menu.

I think an area created using the pre-war landscape at the start of the game, somewhere that escaped the bombs for you to visit would be cool.

Sorry to see there hasn't been a solution. It's literally JUST happened to me, but i'm not quite sure what i've done. All I did was add the 'Someguy' series mods and the ones that go with it (bounties hunters 1, 2 etc) and I also used the GECK to change a caucasian preset in the character creation menu to be the real burnt man Joshua Graham for me to play as, but that's it. So far it's just the odd person that can't be killed or even targeted in VATS. For example i'm defending goodsprings from the Powder Gangers and literally just one of them can't be killed.
