  1. I'm having difficulty following this tutorial - I'm basically trying to switch out Leia's multiplayer head with her single player one but the files you're referencing is not available for her. Has there been an update to the file structure or mesh replacements since this tutorial was created?
  2. I found out what the potential issue is - at least what my issue was. Everyone kept saying that the symbolic error was due to permissions, but it wasn't. Firstly, try running command prompt. If it loads for a split second then cancels, then that's your issue. Apparently Windows 10 likes to screw up command prompts at times whenever you do a PC update. Mine was refusing to load and FMM needs command prompt to be working to be able to create ModData and the subsequent folders and files. If that's the same issue for you, just google a fix. The only way I could get it to work was creating a new Admin User profile and then running FMM. Now it works like a dream. Posting this here as I've had the issue for 4 or so months, and everyone on the Frostyeditor Discord has been replying condescendingly with 'ITS A PERMISSION ISSUE FOKKIN NOOB LOL CHECK THE SOLUTIONS TAB'. Yeah, nah, definitely wasn't a permissions issue.
  3. This actually somewhat worked for me, it created all the .cas files in the sp folders and whatnot, however the game simply wont load for me. It goes to launch as if everything is fine, but the game just shuts itself down after it tries to launch through origin. I'm at my wits end since FMM hasnt been wanting to work since May for me (was working before that). Everyone on the Frosty is refusing to help saying its a permissions issue, but I've done all I can with permissions and it still does not want to work...
  4. I was just wondering is it possible to change the weapon and animations for guns on certain characters that also work online? For example, I prefer Leia's weapon to be the default E11 and her rapid fire ability to be her sporting pistol. I personally prefer the animations and look of the E11 than the pistol and would prefer to see the rifle a majority of the time. I'm not expecting the actual functionality to be changed at all (still have to click to shoot with primary blaster and has secondary fire), just a cosmetic change.
  5. Hey guys Bit confused as to why this is happening, but when I re-texture Leia's catsuit outfit and put it into a mod, it makes my game crash. I save the .DDS as Colour+Alpha, sRGB, DX11 + and automaps set to Auto generate, import the texture in frosty editor but it crashes my game upon start up? I can mod her face and the hoth outfit perfectly fine, but the catsuit doesn't seem to like me. Has anyone else encountered an issue and got a fix out of this?
  6. I don't see your tutorial on how to make texture mods? I think I am having an issue with the .DDS save format because my game keeps crashing when I try making a texture mod.
  7. Hello, This request comes after seeing the mod that unlocks the customisation within game (like the Twilek for specialist, etc). Hoth Leia is currently in the game files, but DICE were gracious enough to leave her hidden away. I was hoping for her to be made into a selectable appearance just like the alternate heads/species/armour skins were? Thank you.
  8. Hey guys, Not sure if this is possible yet, but the only relatively good looking hairstyle available in the game seems to be on the Hyperion pilot - Lani. I would like this style available for Ryder if this can be done.
  9. What, you mean black eyebrows and blonde hair don't go? But seriously, you're right. The most neutral eyebrow colour that goes with virtually any hair colour is brown, and they choose black and unchangable. So dumb. Once hair from NPC's are made available, I'm wanting Lani's hair (Hyperion pilot) to be available. It's the best looking, and practically styled hair in the game, yet we can't use it...
  10. I didn't really play DA:I, so I don't know what the modding scene was like. However both use the frostbite engine, so I'd imagine what could be modded into DA:I will be the same for MEA. During my trial I saw an NPC that actually had good hair. It was a character named Lani, she was the one in the bridge just before you boarded the Nexus (or whatever that large ship is called with all the people still in cryosleep). It was a slicked back low ponytail. I hope that can be available to our femryder, along with some beautifying mods... god knows the characters need them.
