Update: further digging, I was correct in that there are two camera effects called fxcameraAttachfluffEffect.nif and fxcameraAttachfluffObject.nif, as well as two texture effect files called fxfluff.dds and fxfluff01.dds, attempts to copy and rename the dummy nifs from the other performance plus disable mod, as well apply a FULL transparency over the dandelion seed textures, BOTH failed. Im baffled as to how this effect is still running in my game with , all three .nifs and the two associated textures all being virtually 'disabled', yet I STILL see these floating around riverwood. I am totally baffled as to why, looking at conflicts in MO, the only mod providing these guys textures are LITTLETHINGS mod and those textures and meshes should be disabled or overwritten. If anyone wants to take a stab at this let me know Ill send you the .nifs and .dds with the correct file structure.
