  1. Okay, so last night I hopped on and did some quests in my suit of power armor, however once I got out of the power armor I noticed that I had a really odd visual bug going on with my character, anyone else experienced this or know how to reload your player model? it even sticks out through clothing and armor. http://imgur.com/ryg5Mdu
  2. K ENB, Cirilla ENB, Grim and Somber ENB's, Natural Lighting and Atmospherics ENB, T.A.Z visual overhaul, Opethfeldt ENB, Insomnia CGI ENB. Those are a list of my favourites.
  3. Duke Patrick's Heavy Weapon Combat always had script lag for me, even on a fresh game I couldn't get it to work in a way that wouldn't result in delayed ragdolling or hit reactions, it's a shame because I love the knockdown changes to things like Warhammers and beast forms.
  4. Hey guys, just reporting in to say that I believe it's due to HDD thrashing, I have done a lil bit of research and I still have an old 5400RPM HDD in my PC, Skyrim is not the only game which I get Micro-freezes and what not on (which I assumed were being caused by the VRAM usage), I was going to get a new HDD next month anyway, so it looks like now I have an incentive to pick it up a tad earlier.
  5. Hi, recently I did a clean install of Skyrim and after installing all the nice neccessities (high resolution textures, ENB preset) I ran into a few issues. First and foremost I appear to be getting massive stutters (sometimes up to 10s) when loading a new area or spinning around extremely quickly, I did the only natural thing to do and loaded up Skyrim Performance Manager to get to the bottom of the issue and found that Skyrim was eating ALL of my VRAM, yet all as I'm running is HD textures and ENB which surely shouldn't be enough to max out 3GB VRAM? Why is that? and is there a way to fix it? screenshot included. http://oi61.tinypic.com/4uuikw.jpg
  6. Thanks, I'll try that out. Will I still be able to use Steam community ingame however without it going all blocky on me? EDIT: Didn't have an effect I'm afraid..
  7. Just a little update, I think I've found the cause but not the fix; it happens when a steam notification crops up or if I bring up the steam community overlay. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know, as I can't use OBSE without Steam community enabled according to the OBSE instructions.
  8. Hi there, I'm new to modding Oblivion, and I've already ran into issues with it when using a flora texture pack, what happens is that after a while of roaming around outside the imperial city, all of my textures turn into "blocks" of texture, I've set up Archive invalidation so I don't believe that's the issue, can anyone help? 9. I was planning to start a new adventure on skyrim trying to make a pirate which would be similar to Cervantes (without the pistolsword but with all the evil) from Soul Calibur, I managed to find a mod which gave me a neat flintlock pistol and I had existing mods for the one handed sword, I eagerly loaded up nexus to get myself some awesome Pirate apparel, but unfortunately there are no pirate coat mods, the only things I could find were Pirate hats and the Seadog armour which was part of the Immersive Armour package but did not fit the look I was going for. It'd be sweet if someone could make some Pirate coats with a multitude of colours. A good example of what I'm looking for: http://good-wallpapers.com/wallpapers/16984/1680_league-of-legends-gang_plank.jpg
  10. This seems like a bug that only happens when you have Dawnguard installed, I too cannot transform into a Vampire Lord or Werewolf, I'll do a test later to see if transformations work correctly with Dawnguard unchecked.
  11. I don't use any Vampire/race mods, this is why it is strange because most of my mods are Armor/Weapon/Magic mods and the rest are Visual Enhancement mods,
  12. Still not found a resolution for my issues,
  13. This is making Skyrim near-unplayable, when attempting to transform into the Vampire Lord it simply does nothing, yet I cannot access my inventory or my character menus (the game obviously reading me as having transformed), after a while if I wait patiently, my character will randomly transform into the Lord however will have no spells or powers and revert form also simply does nothing. I heard this was a conflict with Magic Duel, but even after disabling it via its menu and uninstalling it through NMM the issue persists, however it is not the most concerning. Upon summoning Durneviir he clips through the floor, proceeding to then fly through land and mountains as though they do not exist, either that or he simply starts flying upwards in a spiraling fashion (as if he is chasing his tail), this along with considerable Save Game bloating is really starting to annoy me, at first I thought it was my texture mods causing stuttering by eating through my VRAM, but it was not using anywhere near the 4GB VRAM I have on my graphics card, after reading up on it I found that Dawnguard causes some considerable save game bloat and the symptoms were the same ones I was getting.
