I know this is old, but i had this problem the other day and I just fixed it. You need compatibility patches, and to sort your load order out. Iron sights and Fallout Reanimated are conflicting. You can find a patch on the RH Iron Sights nexus page, as well as patches for any other mods it may conflict with. Also, its a good idea to use the Load Order Optimization Tool (LOOT) to sort out your load order. Its really easy to use, and will solve most of your issues like this. Hope this helps someone who encounters this same problem, as it had me pretty po'd until I fixed it.
