  1. Hello Neo, My name is Victor, and I am team leader of a mod called ARC, which is an authorized (with Nylonathatheps support and participation) of Mothership Zeta Crew. I was wondering if I could use some parts of your Military Equipment mod in ARC for the TSC Marines, namely some special units? Your work is incredible, and would add immensely to ARC if you would let us. For quality assurance, you can find screenshots of ARC on my Fallout 3 profile images tab. I do hope that you help us...
  2. Did someone seriously request SALLY? Isn't she like twelve?! Okay, that pisses me off a little... That's it, it's official...I'm integrating a quest into ARC-MZC where the PC gives Sally an overpowered laser pistol to destroy all creeps. Back to to the other stuff though, I'm not sure if romance is ever good with science fiction as a whole. In all of my work, the science fiction that is, there is NEVER a romantic subplot at all, and my books have done extremely well. So, it's up to to you Nylon, but if you seriously put in sparkling vampire love...I'll jump off my flat....that's the truth...and I'll die on the inside too. :P
  3. Be well as well Jezdamayel! :)
  4. Mothership Twilight Crew! Sparkling Alien lovers! Long introspective speeches, searching the true feelings of a commander nobody understands, because he/she is so unique, tortured and different! Teenage love! Will the commander sacrifice the fate of humanity... to save the only person he or she has ever truly loved? MORE EXOTIC AND COLORED HAIR! I can see the horror in your eyes... Bwa-ha-ha! You made me cry a little you know, that's very hard to do
  5. Gah, Nylonathathep old friend, no I plead! Romantic elements always ruin a story, just look at all the classics, none of them have romantic themes! Star Wars has maybe one or two romantic encounters, but they're so miniscule as to not even become noticed...except for when he kisses his sister, but that's not romance it's incest so....oh Heavens no. P.S. Voted Kurosawa, and on account of the humorous possibility, Dr. Plishkin because he could accidentally teleport the Admiral-ette into a wildebeast.
  6. This is a quest script bug and you'll need to reload the quest or somehow disable it via console commands. The fallout wikia has all the console commands, and their easy to figure out. Use google search.
  7. Don't worry about it, just go on with the quest if it's still working. Otherwise you'll need to load a save game, since it may be one of those objective skip bugs like the ones in Zeta.
  8. This is a common problem, you'll need to Google the solution to the multiple race NPC problem. There will be a youtube video and you'll need to follow the instructions on how to fix it via that.
  9. Oh, well all I did was change computers. The system on my laptop was wreaking havoc on the GECK's absurd resource requirements, so I moved it to my desktop and it works just fine (Excluding the corrupted files from the last install). If you have a similar problem then feel free to PM me, I actually don't mind helping people with fallout problems so long as they don't spam me. :)
  10. That's true indeed! Bethesda "fixed" that by having the water beggars die in the Broken Steel DLC, it's quite amusing actually (Not the dying, that's surprisingly sad).
  11. Did you see the screenshots of the mod which I sent?
  12. Haha, that's not what I meant. Rather I meant that you could PM a modder known for requests and such. I may try to implement it, and I'll give you credit for the idea (Long credit list now).
  13. Well, you could very well request it you know. I'm sure there would be modders about with spare time that would love to implement this! Actually, I may very well take a try at it if you wouldn't mind. Though I am extremely busy on my series of mods, which I have yet to even upload on the Nexus anyway. Good luck, I'm sure modders like Pwinkle would be willing to listen at the very least. :)
  14. Ooh, might I add that Micky near Megaton is dying of thirst, while not only a few metres down the road is a full Nuka Cola vending machine? Though he did say that he couldn't drink anymore irradiated "crap" because he vomits it up. Generally I would say the the writers tried to come up with plausible explanation for it all.
  15. Haha, brilliant! It's never mentioned, but Bethesda purposely added the detergent alongside the dirty clothing for the sake of scientific experimentation. They wanted to test out a new form of torture, mainly intended for monkey spies from Bermuda's hidden eighth island. The monkeys were cannibalizing all living matter for the sake of their deathray, and Bethesda was chosen to find a way to get information from their monkey minions that were captured. Bethesda decided to experiment on their gamers, much akin to Vault-Tec and McDonalds. That is why they never made a washing machine. Though to be serious for a moment about squeaky cleanliness, the idea is very easy to implement. One would have to simply make the washing machine models mentioned above into containers, add a script to give a clean version of any inserted cloths once the combination of detergent and water, plus cloths, is made, and viola. Though I'm not sure about animations, one could add sounds with a timer.
  16. The armors don't generally need custom bodies to work, it's just that people prefer to see boobies quite frankly. Though I myself am a tad bit more conservative on that issue. You can make custom armor and use those already made for other bodies without installing a body mod anyway. As for the most popular, well, unless you want a highly sexual wasteland filled with skimpy outfits I wouldn't bother with most mods. However, the ones I use are the Type V, which is the most realistic clothing-wise. The male type would be either Breeze's or Roberts Body mods, which are both a little awkward unless you disable the...parts. If you need anything else, please feel free to ask :) Edit: Wait, how did I get on the Skyrim part of the forum? Sorry, these are for Fallout...
  17. Thanks for the response! Well, I'm usually just saving the file. The rest is almost always alright, though on occassion it'll crash when importing a nif file. However this doesn't always happen for some reason. Most often the GECK crashes on me whilst I'm saving. Is it possible that my files are corrupt? Because sometimes the save works on other files, but eventually crashes once they become too large. Thanks for the advice by the way, I don't save with the navmesh window open :) Sincerely, Victor Edit: Oh and I did install the update, but it still crashes :)
  18. I take it this is one of those common problems that everyone knows the answer to but refuses to mention for fear of social and psychologically induced repercussions and a stamina of inadequacy? I wouldn't usually post again like this, but does anyone know what could cause saving in the GECK to make it crash?
  19. Hello to all, My name is Victor and I have a bit of a problem with the GECK. I've since created some very impressive mods, but the GECK has begun to crash on me whenever I save anything. A new file, a certain cell and all cause it to crash. The files load perfectly fine, excluding the odd cell crash, but I am unable to save as of yesterday. For modding I use a clean version of Fallout 3, no mods or replacements whatsoever. Any assistance would be appreciated, truly, I believe the public would like these mods...a great deal so. Sincerely, Victorian Apocalypse Also, please pardon my sarcastic manner. It's very agitating to work on something so carefully and delicately until you get it perfect and then...viola, GECK get's all hormonal.
  20. lol, he's a university student! Relax, he's just fine! Unless the area about Catalonia (Spain) has seen riots again, I'd say he's studying right about now.
  21. Thank you Lordinquisitor, you're too kind. Also, awsome name btw. Are you aware that the office of the Inquisition still exists in the Church? :)
