I would be content with being able to change the face, during my current gameplay

Not necessarily troubleshoot, more like me not understanding how stuff works with mods. So i know about Unique Players, but never tested it cause it looks super complicated. I use CBBE and Bodyslide and got armor replacements for almost everything + standalone outfits. I understand that Unique Player makes it possible to have different naked bodies and standalone, but here's my core question: Is there ANY way right now, to decide on custom bodies for replacement clothes too? Basically I want to decide what custombody my NPCs have AND have a different custombody for the Player, clothed and naked for both. In Skyrim that worked with Races far as i know, but here we don't have Races, except with some few mods that are still more or less experimental.

I too am close to transfering to a new PC, so if you found a sure way or tested something from here, I'd be glad if you could write it. I was just about to rush through the DLCs i didn't play and then be done with the game, but if i can keep it around til a great new mod comes out, it would be even better
