[Request] Stop Wast your ammo ! A mod about reloading

exactly, i have those idea too but i prefer see someone focusing on the 1st main feature on reloading than this :p That why i didn't talk about this ^^ in depth what i really love to see is a full rework of the reload and ammo feature. i can write a list of the idea there but "i know" that many of those idea need the CK, so everyone who read this, don't wast your time to say it to me ^^ - When reloading with ammo in the magazine ,the ammo are lost and a magazine drop on the flood with the ammo left in. - We can go back and take the left magazine, but we don't keep back ammo. - On a reloading workbench, we take the bullet from the magazine. - All bullet looted like actually we do in the vanilla game aren't usable "except" for weapon who doesn't use magazine and use the bullet one by one. For the Double barrel for example. - On the reloading workbench we can create Magazine, this need some plastic and steel "and" a Spring. but the magazine is empty. - There is different magazine for each weapon, and the biggest the weapon is the bigger the component are required for crafting it. And the bigger the magazine size is the bigger the component are need. - Left Magazine who aren't lost but keep back can be use again without penalty. - a New item is craftable, "portable reloading station", in fact that like just siting and putt bullet in the magazine one by one (this will take in game time) - All bullet have weigth - All magazine have weight in function of the number of bullet in them, so big magazine are heayer - Rework on energy weapon cell: -Each cell now is like a "charge", and we have to craft Cell. Each cell need Charge, copper, steel, aluminum. - Energy charge have a weight, energy Cell have a weight "but" Cell don't have increase weight if they mush charge or less weight if they have less. (After all electricity and energy didn't really have a noticeable weight) - Of course all of this require perk, the reloading bench too and component. - That obvious such a mod must have a conversion option for bullet like some mod already does like in Fallout NV But again, all of this are just idea, and i prefer to have the basic reloading mod who make us lost bullet than all of them without this. -
Hi there. PS: Because i am not English i hope you will forgive me for my band English, but don't be afraid the request is very simple. Why ?: (skip if you don't care) You see, i am not a fan boy of gun or else, i have shoot some bullet with some real weapon with a friend who hunt in real life but nothing more. But i like to play FPS and even more Immersive FPS, that not the case of Fallout 4 i know, but we can make this game closer to reality with mods, like that was already done for Fallout 3, NV and oblivion/skyrim. And there is something who always f*** bored me in 99% of the FPS... You can reload before your magazine is empty without loosing bullets ! So, the reloading mechanics is close to useless and in the game the impact on this can be see very fast. There is only some weapon who care about reloading, those with little magazine, like the combat Shotgun and double barrel shotgun of course or the Laser musket and some other. And if you played with the mod who make description of weapon mod more accurate you know there is some weapon mods who increase or decrease the maximum ammo in the magazine. And i think Bethesda know they don't have to show this in description of the vanilla game because after all, we don't care of the magazine :D we just have to push a button each time we can to have the maximum ammo in the weapon all the time, and with a really fast reload animation, that even worst. I try to play with mod who increase the Reload time but that not enough. The Request: Please, please .... PLEASE x 10³ ( 1 + ∞) ... Please someone, give us a mod who make use unable to reload before the magazine is empty "or" If we do, we lost the ammo in the left magazine. I don't know wish version is possible without the CK and F4SE. But if there is on possibility for this, please do it. Of course if such a mod must edit each weapon why by one that mean many edit and possibly many compatibility patch, if you need i will help as i can. Jut don't forget to let us reload some special weapon like the Laser musket and double barrel shotgun like actually ^^ of course :tongue: Thanks for reading me, and thanks for the one or those who will do this mod or even just try, or help someone to do this. Yeah ! it works ! thanks a lot ! the "EaccessViolation" was so mush frustration ! i can now play (and do tone of reverse engineering :pinch: )my new favorite game = Trying to mod the new game :devil:

thanks dude :smile: hmmm ... this isn't working well, i have an issue, TES5edit start and i can make a choice of plugin etc, like always, i select F4 esm and an other esp but i have the folowing message: "an error occured while loading modules. Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error. and in the log i have: Background Loader: Fatal: <EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 00796BDA in module 'TES5Edit.exe'. Read of address 00000000> did TES5edit think i have a pirate version or ... ? Oo

i want use this tool too but ... i am totaly lost. I have DL the last update on the forum you have linked Gatortribe but there isn't .exe in those files ... :/ anyone can help with detail ?

hello, I add what i really want to see in fallout 4. (who aren't in the list or i missed them) i didn't see the list and create my own topic to quickly, so i copy past there. 1 - A real survival mod with radiation centre mecanic, like frostfall in skyrim. with most dangerus radiationand radiation rain (yes there is a mod, but who did 10x per tic, that too mush) and the more we stay behind this rain the more rad and bad effect we take. Rad doesn't just reduce our max life, when we have something like 200 rad, we sometime shack, let our weapon fall on the ground, or vomits etc. At 350 rad we start to be brighter but just a little, and we see beter at night but people can see us more, and of course a bad bonus for furtivity. at 500 we start to be a ghoul, not completly, just havy burned (i think that possible with the new scare effect on the face) and buton on face and bad bonus to special and charisma twice, but bonus in charisma with ghoul. And until the close to max rad taked, we definitvly behind ghoul, with bad bonus from charisma to smouth skin and bonus with ghoul, feral ghoul sometime became our friend and help or be passive, and we have a bonus when we take radiation, like regeneration, but we have other malus (or being ghoul will be OP) (why not a definitve mlus in HP EN,int,str,agi) Of course with this, we must cover our body, to not being cold at night and in cold aera on the map or in water. We need to eat good thing and drink water often and have to rest sometime. And the most important, steampack only in combat, and drugs / nuka cola, but nothing else :s And why not a bad bonus after passing many time to build thing, the time isn't freezing when we build so why not ? :) pfiou, big book, sorry, but i really want to see something like that for more imersion and survival game in fallout. 2 - A mod who let us recrute people in the wasteland not as follower but has worker for our village, sanctuary or else. because i see many NPC without history or conversation or just between them nut no interaction with the main character, that strange and break a litle the imersion but well, why not propose them to join my town ? maybe with 2 version, one with 100% and the other with factor like charisma - intel - luck and why not the hapynes of our town ? 3 - give the possibility to build doors on destroyed house ... like our first house, i don't understand why i cant put doors there ... 4 - rebuild completly the minigame for hacking and lockpicking, i don't know if that possibile to totaly remove the minigme and replace it by something else, but i will really enjoy such a mod. Maybe hacking terminal with pipboy, like we open the vault door ? when i see this i think about hacking imediatly and don't understand bethesda didn't use this feature. so, my vision, we want hacking terminal, we connect pipboy, this will launch a minigame or app on the pipboy, we solve it, and done. For lockpicking, i don't really know, this can be more difficult to mod, and i have no real idea, but i hope like for F3 and NV somone will give us an alternative lockpicking possibility with explosive (with the explosive perk) and maybe a "corrosive" or acid possibilty, maybe with the lab perk ? 5 - a simple bottle water mod. there is recipes who need dirty water, but why not let us use the empty bottle to go close to the river and take some, ok recipes will be a little unbalanced but ... what the problem ? there is not enought water in the river for doing this ? i can drink it but not taking it in bottle ? i really don't understand bethesda for this point, and sush mod was created for F3, NV and Skyrim and maybe other game. So definitivly i want to see this mod. 6 - more recipes, tone of more ! like crafting standard weapon version, or more "misc" in labotory and cooking. There is tone of possibility, i will not write a list there ^^ And the most important ! and hope this will be possible :D 7 - And finaly , a mod with alternate start when our wife (or husband) din't die ! she survive the shot, or just the guy don't shot, and we try to find our baby (with our wife/husband as follower) I think this alternative start can be amazing if there is a possibility to use the voice of the follower to interact with us in some case, and btw, this alow a full customisable character !!! that not nothing :D NB: I write all of my idea there because i am not a modder and even if i want to, i will never have the time to make mod by myself, so i give my idea for free. If you want used them, do it but please, don't forgive and finish it xD and if you can write juste a little credit with my nickname, well, thank ^^ but there is of course no obligation at all . Thanks for moders and the modder community , thank nexus to be there, thanks bethesda for this game and the other (even if you have "again" give us the same minigame for hacking and lockpicking).

Hello there. Sorry for my english, not my mother tonge, hope this will be clear enought. Well, i know what i will talk about is not interesting and i will louk lick a crying baby, but in my opinion there is an issue with the mods categories on the nexus. The same issue when ENB start to be used by many people. The "Visuals and Graphics" categorie for Fallout 4 (but that the same for other game nexus page) is totaly unclear at all, there some mod who have there place of course but there is many many "preset reshade" mod too who walnut other. I doesn't want to offense those who make those "mods", and even if that not really moding but more presset setup and tricks, they have there place on the nexus, of course, but i really think that as the time for the ENB, we need a "Preset & reshade" (because that maybe not a good idea to put them with ENB preset) I mean, he "Visuals and Graphics" categorie is for mods who change lighting, sunglare, shadow etc but without Sweet FX preset or .dll etc for a more cleaner categorie and easyer research in the futur. Because when i see what the Skyrim Nexus page is actualy with the tone of mods that hard to find well what we want or/and need and i think fallout 4 deserve this cut for the "Visuals and Graphics" categorie to enchance our experience and help the less experimented player. Many player try to mod without really know how to do things, and the mixture in this categorie didn't help them. And this case don't help moders to make them mods the fame they can deserve because of the less visuality. I hope i offense nobody and not anoying the Nexus Team with sush a request, and if this is possible, well thanks ! if it not, sad but you are the boss ^^, your site, your rules. Thanks for reading me and don't forget to play the game and not modding all the time ;) PS: and sorry again for my crap english :p
