Hi, I installed the geck yesterday to try to learn how to make mods, the thing is that before adding anything in the game world I wanted to modify my game to see how I can improve the leveling system but I don't know where to find the script for perk rate in the G.E.C.K. , so if anyone can tell me this I would appreciate.
