  1. Bit of thread necromancy but I've been searching for it for ages and only came across this by chance; http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38151/?
  2. Check your timescale settings. Might be that you have it set to 1 minute game time = 2 mintues real time. First (as boring as it sounds) Uninstall all mods and start a new game. This is a must, Skyrim mods don't cleanly go away like Oblivions. Use Live Another Life mod to speed it up (well used and doesnt cause conflicts) but ONLY use this. Do the main quest until dragons start appearing then run about and fast travel.
  3. See I don't really know what armours you have don't want to start recommending them if you have them. What I do though is files>categories>armour and sort by most downloaded/endorsed. Don't know if you play as male or female but I downloaded the Triss armour pack just because I thought it looked pretty cool.
  4. Never set it to anything below 2. It breaks the game. Something to do with NPC's getting confused (Source: UESP & Skyrim Wiki) If you have a save from before you set it reload and right away change the timescale to 2+.
  5. A workaround would be to download UFO (Ultimate Follower) mod. It adds quite a lot of cool features one of which is you can tell a follower that 'You are important' and they become essential. Even when they're not in your party. I use it on Lydia and Meeko.
  6. Only thing I can think is have you tried running it fullscreen? I had this issue with another game when I ran it in window mode.
  7. I updated two things at the same time, Skyrim automatically updated to 1.7 and I updated my Nvidia GeFroce (9800) to driver 301.42. Everything is now ridiculously dark in shadow areas. Outside is dim but alright. I'm a sneak character and I have the brightness turned up full and I literally run past enemies because I don't see them. Combat is really difficult because I can't see where the enemy is. Even in my own house the I bump into things because the fire isn't giving off any light. It's just odd because everything was fine before the update. Anyone else having this issue?
  8. Is there anyway (in game?) to check the time taken for cells and cleared cells to respawn? I'm fed up killing everything then waiting/sleeping for hours to check. I tried using the show command with various things but to no avail. Thanks in advance.
  9. Exactly as it says. Tried a couple. Zalzama's worked the last time I played the game (3-4 months ago). Even tried stuff off the steam workshop but to no avail. I've done the basics; Ran boss, Only ran this mod, etc. And it seems to be a widespread problem. (P.S to Admin. Put this on the Mod Talk section by accident and have now lost it to close it)
  10. Every mod that I have used from nexus/steam workshop to increase bow sneak attack damage never seems to work. Zalzama's used to work (3 months ago) but now it doesn't. Reading the comments the problem doesn't seem to be just with me. Any solutions? Yes I have: -SKSE installed -Ran BOSS -Tried it manually -Disabled all other mods -Ran it using Normal launcher/SKSE launcher etc etc.
  11. It seems small, and I don't know how easy it would be to fix. I like going about the world 3rd person and mostly fighting in it. But when I want to say, quickly use my bow or magic, or have to really concentrate on blocking, the camera zooms in slowly to 1st person, really slowly. Also if i'm sneaking in third person, I see an enemy or something I'm hunting, by the time I switch to 1st person I've missed the opportunity for a shot. It did it instantly in Oblivion, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, I just want it to work that way if any modders have the knowledge and spare time :)?
  12. Using the 'setlevel X' command do creatures and loot level with you? Eg if i wished to level back down, say from 20 to 10, would (after the ingame 'respawn/reset' wait period for dungeons and creatures etc) all NPC's and creatures level back down with me? Reason I'm unsure is because using the advlevel command THEN using the "set level X" command only sets your level back to X plus the number fo times you used modlevel. Ex, your level 10 and use the mod level command twice so your no level 12. You use setlevel 6. Your actual shown level will now be 8, as if the game is thinking your level 8? There will all enemies/loot be 8 or 6? Was wondering if this command worked as you'd expect or had some weird mess up like advlevel. Reason I'm asking is, like a spoon, I power levelled Armourer and Alchemy, cause it was fun :P. Now I get owned (and I mean properly walked over) by your basic bandit. Sure I'm holding and epicly crafted sword, I look like God in my armour, and I've got more potions than Thor could carry, but it takes me a zillion hits to bring any short of a mudcrab down because all my combat skills are worse than a chicken.
  13. A mod for editing your character any way you wish mid game, enjoy :) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3142
