I think you can do the CDkey/Product code on Origins to register it, i did mine on the Bioware site before the 'started shutting down' some of the things *grr shakes fist* Though i bought DA:O on steam and DA2 on Origins... BUT you can still get the Toolset there - http://social.bioware.com/page/da-toolset#details
