Just made a great looking Redguard, how badly will it affect me for spell crafting? The only magic related bonus is +5 destruction...

Loved playing them in oblivion, but now a can't seem to make one look good enough for me to play for 100+ hours. Don't want an elf, are their any other races that would make a good mage? Do you HAVE to pick a Breton or high-elf to be a good mage? If so- how the hell can I make my Breton look any good,, mine always seems to turn out looking like a little boy.

Alchemy or enchanting, for money making and general usefulness?

Note- The question is which is more fun, not what is more effective. So, after reaching level 40 in my first play through (pure warrior) I have decided that whilst I would like to keep my character until level 50, I wanna start another character with a different style. I'm considering either a pure mage or an assassin but I'm not too sure which to pick so I'll leave it to you guys to make my mind up. So... what kind of character do you find really fun- and have you got any builds to share? And is a mage more fun than an assassin?

I have just killed all the necromancers and gone where I need to go, but the door to the second part of the dungeon Is blocked by some rocks so I cant get to the door.... Any help?

Are the stormcloak/ imperial questlines doable if you go strait there from about level three?

Looks like i will be marrying someone from another city then.... can't have an empty stall now can we.

When I marry someone and move them to another city, it says they open up a "shop" and I get 100 gold a day from it. Fair enough, but if I were to marry someone from that city, would she still stay in the house like a '50s housewife and I get the gold, or would she do the job she did before and act like she should. If so, do I still get gold from it???

HI, just crafted myself a lovely set of scaled armour, but after equipping it and heading to the local tavern, i see a mercenary with the same armour as me on.... but he has a scull on his shoulder. It looks so much cooler, so how do I get it?

Need help, I'm tried of avoiding this guy...

Is there any way to stop him giving you the quest involving stealing a ring and entry to the thieves guild? I really do not want to join it and I also don't want my quest journal filling up with stuff I can't or won't do, but he walks up to you and tries to make you listen to his scheme, and if you try to leave him, it pops up in you'r jounal anyway. Any way you can stop him either walking up to you and giving you the quest without murder or console commands? Thanks Sorry for the title, I meant Brynjolf in Riften

Meh, I don't really like the Solitude house much, feels too empty, like there should be more decoration options.

Hi, I just have a few questions about some of the houses in Skyrim: First- The house in Windhelm, is it only possible to own it if you side with the Stormcloaks? Because I think it looks like the best house for my tastes but I don't want to side with those ultra-nationalist rebels. Secondly- It says on some of the loading screens that thieves will enter your house to steal your stuff, is this true? (I hope it isn't!) Thirdly- Is there a way around getting the house in Markath if you aren't level 20? Lastly- Opinion question now, which house do you find to be better, the one in Riften (Honeyside) or the one in Markarth (Vlindrel Hall)? Thanks in advance.
