Actually, it may be. Making armor takes a lot of time. You have to model it, rig it, texture it, and many other things. It takes hard work and lots of time. Modders may not want to make someone else something when they could make something they'd rather have. Plus bumping will not help. It will probably discourage people from making it for you.

Hello, I was wondering about when you have FOOK or Project Nevada, if you have to get a compatibility patch for every mod you have. If every mod needs a patch, that means you won't be able to obtain it in game right?

If this isn't want you want, you might want to look for a picture similar to what your looking for. Also type in Midwestern or Tactic under armor in the mod search. It is power armor that is kind of beat up. I remember there was a thread awhile ago that had tons of power armor drawings people had done. It was called power armor ideas or something like that.

The Jaysus one provides the duster. You put it on over the clothing you are wearing. The shoulder is from Tailor Maid I think.

You could just do this with the Assassin's Suit from DM right? If you didn't like the color you could just get it retexed.

Yeah, those where some of the first mods I grabbed. NVB 3 is actually the only mod I want to come out. I actually kind of want to kill Marko. Other than that I also have The Last Apache.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend me any good quest or adventure mods that add unique weapons or armor (like the title says). I'd prefer it to be mods with new textures and meshes, but if it is a pretty good quest mod, but has retextures and armor made up of vanilla meshes that's fine.

It means you can use it without asking for permission as long as you credit the author (LHammonds in this case) in the credits and not say you made it.
