does this work with with CS4 Master Collection Extenend (Professional)?

ive just start working on a Shield and got the design done in 2D by use MS Paint and Photoshop CS Master Collection and ready to go to the step in rendering my 2D image into 3D so does anyone know off a basic and easy to use program. ive also got MS office so scripting aint a issue really. the attachments are not the finished thing just a little teaser. thank you for help and look forward in sharing my new project.

Finished the Hel's Soultaker (waraxe) basic idea. Ive uploaded a info picture of it so you can get a feel and slight vision of the idea.

A Weapon and Armor set loosely base round the Norse God Hel. Ive made the weapons ready what are basic but working, Sented round Hel and Niflheim ive come up with a little bit of mythology and what i think could be a good mod/stand-a-lone. ive made up an area called "Niflheim Forest" where Icetrees are. As Niflheim a cold bleek pleace the Icetrees are wood but cos of the coldness of the place ice forms within them giving them their name. From these Icetrees comes Coldwood the main material from making wood base weapons ie bows crossbow etc etc. These wood base weapons are/where crafted by a craftsman i made up named Erickdunn and ive given him the title Master Craftsman of Nilfheim. For the swords and metal weapons ive made up a Steel thats infused with souls and named it soulsteel. I came up with this as we all know swords are made form steel and Nilfheim (whats ruled by Hel) in Norse mythology is where souls of people go at it norse people die of old age, illness etc etc and not in battle. So putting steel and souls together kind of fits well. i made up Asgeir as the blacksmith that made/makes these typu of weapons and the armor too (when i do it). two other materials ive made are a very light blue in colour gold or type of gold and Soulstones with a lady that ive called Gersemi as the jeweller. Niflheim could have i few leads in the story way of things with Hel at the centre of it baddie or gooddie in the way of a mini boss or party member. the colours i think should be a purple to blue pallette and with said people you got three okish NPCs to play round with and lots of backstory to drew many ideas for missions, people, items and place. its only been a week in the works and ive most of the back story so if someone wants to help me mainly with weapon and armor feel free to post here or inbox me as all are welcome thank you for your time

im new to the DAtoolset (only been using it 4-5 days) and just wondering if wheres a basic/beginner tutorial for making a basic set of armor with a set bonus etc etc also would like to know if you can make new material type ie Blacksteel to use instead of the basic ones within the Toolset
