Is there a way of stopping the camera automatically realigning behind you? ie. when you are rotating around yourself in 3rd person

Hi I am a noob to this. I'm trying to get BoG nude mod and Animated Prostitution to work together. When sex starts, nudity can be briefly seen and then the bodies disappear! Im also having problems with type 3 body and armor replacer which I think is related please help me :D
