In the game when your reload your laser gun (rifle/pistol) or your plasma gun, in the animation you put in one singular energy cell or plasma cartridge, but it takes up 30 rounds of your ammo, and you pick up singular cells and cartridges as well. I think that in the game when you reload your laser or plasma weapons, it should only use up one unit of ammo, similar to how a fusion core works with a gatling laser. To balance this the energy cells and plasma cartridges should become rarer than they are in the game by default. This mod will make the game feel more immersive as well, since its actually taking up a more realistic ammo count. I don't know if this can be done but if it can it could make a pretty good mod. It wouldn't bother me if a mod isn't made for it, but it would be a pretty cool mod though. This is my first ever mod request so please tell me if I've done anything wrong or whatever.

I was trying to make mod with blender and nifskope, (I had just learned how tonight, and was trying to make some weapons for myself) it was supposed to be like a hybrid 10mm smg and assault rifle with a suppressor (The stock and suppressor coming from a suppressed sniper rifle), and it looked great in nifskope, and in geck I tried making it held with 2 hands, by using the "TwoHandAutomatic" Animations, but when I got in game my character was basically holding the suppressor under the gun, and I couldn't see the stock. I then tried the "TwoHandRifle" animations, but this time his hand was blocking the sights, and the same thing happened to the suppressor, I also noticed the stock was floating way out from behind the gun. I then downloaded a mod that made the smgs held in two hands instead of one, or like in hitman's animations, holding them like a pistol, so I tried that and the first person animations looked better but still meh, then I went into third person and the same things were happening as before. The shooting sound didn't really have a sound either, its like when you run onto a wooden board or something, I even tried turning the fire rate down by 3 or 4 (it was 12, now its 8, but there was no change. Can someone please tell me how to fix this and successfully make the mod work? Here's what the gun looks like:
