Thanks im downloading "boss" right now , oh and how do i install fose on the steam version of the game i have the rar file i just dont know what directory to extract to

so how do i install fose on the steam version of the game i downloaded the rar file what directory do i extract it to ? Thanks

Hey guys i have been having this annoying popup whilst playing fallout 3 it pops up every 5 seconds it has been bugging me so much that it has made the game unplayable and i know i can make the HUD invisible but thats not the point i want to have the HUD visible anyway i only have a few mods installed :http://imgur.com/GP9tX i just dont know what the problem is i dont even have FOSE downloaded i have no clue what it is i just installed a mod a friend told me about that i really want to play and since i installed it i have been getting the pop up its annoying anyway here is the popup :http://imgur.com/WflBV , i have the steam goty version btw if that makes a difference just please someone help me get rid of it thanks.
