So, today I downloaded FNIS Behavior 5.1.1 mod and placed it where it needs to go, Skyrim/Data. But, when I go to Data/Tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Users and double click on the .exe file it will start to load it and then just stop. Nothing pops up, the program doesn't start up then give me an error, it just starts to load it for a second then nothing. I tried using it through Mod Organizer and it does the same thing, and I would try installing it through NMM to see if maybe that would help but I can't install mods with it because I get an error regarding it not being able to access Transactions.dll. I've tried running it in compatibility mode, turning off my anti-virus and re-downloading and installing it, and even re-downloaded .Net Framework, none helped. So, any advice on how to get the .exe to actually start up for me would be really appreciated.
