Would you mind explaining what each of those terms mean?

I downloaded the creation kit for fallout 4 and did some poking around. I understand how to change the the damage of weapons, but don't know how to change health for the player and am confused on how to change the health of npcs and enemies. Is the player in the human race? And what is a class? For example, there is a deathclaw race and a deathclaw class. Do I have to change both of these things to change the deathclaw? Why is the health for the Yao Guai race 0? Wouldn't that mean that it would die immediately? Thanks in advance.
