Out of interest, is there a set of mods which improve the look and feel of Oblivion without altering gameplay too much (unless they improve on bugs etc.)? I fancy giving it another go, but would like to make it look as 'modern' (i.e. detailed graphics etc.) as possible.

Okay, sorry if this sort of thing has been posted before. I've been everywhere, done everything, and now I'm a bit bored. Is there any way to maybe reset the quests, or any other suggestions to keep me interested? Hopefully with the CK out now some talented peeps will create decent quest type mods soon :)

How about disabling the mods (one at a time), and seeing if it goes?

It fixed it for me fwiw

The console command "ShowQuestTargets" (without the speechmarks) will give you the QuestID numbers for active quests. Then use "Player.sqs QuestID" (without the speechmarks and put the actual quest ID reference where it says QuestID) to show which stages are complete. Use the stage number in the console command "SetStage QuestID StageNumber" and it will complete that particular quest stage so you can continue. :)

^^^ this - just borrow a monitor from someone; everyone's got a pc (practically) so should be easy enough.

Wouldn't having vsync enabled solve all the 'tearing' issues?

Yay, they've fixed the Haemar's Shame CTD bug; I can finally finish the companions (?) bow quest :)
