If the uploader doesn't name their files good then you can't expect a review. Name - Feature (ie; texture, overhaul, abilitiy) etc. People would suffer from bad mod naming - I want to review but you don't know how good a mod is until it's used with other "must use" mods,... most people I've downloaded from said they don't update their mods anymore.

I stopped installing texture mods aswell... it only seems to go after I remove NMC's mod, I got a fresh one and the problem reduced but now it's green pixels instead of a flashy texture. I've been slowly removing every texture mod... Extremely painful process... Still no solution :(

Can you explain 1 in more detail? I went into my fallout 3 data file and there's no NPC folder.
