The chat is back, yeah! I now have a purpose in life again!

I have my computer since 2012, same specs and everything. Never touched it. AMD HD 7800 Series AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.60GHz 4GB RAM 'Tis my rusty old PC.

And suddenly, I have summoned a whole army of chat-thirsty users. We really have too much time on our hands. I need the chat. We need the chat. Everyone needs the chat. Because the chat is love. Chat is life.

So, here's the issue. Today I have been persistantly told that the chat room limit has been reached, though I don't believe that is really the case. Some hours have passed now and the same problem persists, not letting me into the chat. This is what I get every time I attemp to join the chat room. It won't go away no matter how much I wait or try to enter the chat. Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening? As far as I can tell, I haven't been banned from the chat, because I did not break any rules.
