  1. I can't seem to find anything online to help me, how do I go about creating a "config.ini" type file to edit some variables, is it easier than the MCM? I was trying to set up MCM last night, thought I was starting to understand it, but then It wouldn't let me save the script and I couldn't at all understand what I was doing wrong. (Then the geck closed on me and I lost everything lmao). Anyways, help would be appreciated.
  2. What is the best way to go about adding a configuration to certain values in my mod? I was going to learn and use MCM, but I'd be fine with just using a config.ini or something like that, but I'm not sure how to set that up either.
  3. Thank you, this is very helpful for a lot of things I have been working on. Going to be looking back at this later :thumbsup: (Also no, I didn't see a sitting crying animation lol. I will probably just find a sitting idle that works ok and then use idle chatter like you said for her to be crying and etc.)
  4. So I have an npc at a sit marker: NVDLC02FLoorSitCrossMarker;However, she doesn't even cross her legs, just the normal floor sit position. (I was going to originally write this question about this but I asked this instead since I don't care to much as long as she is sitting down and crying) Anyways, how would I go about making her constantly crying (cupping her hands in her face or etc)? If there is no already made animation for this/simple way to do so, then just being able to fix her crossed legs would be enough. (If there is an animation to do so, do I just put it in her specific idles within her package?)
  5. I'm using a Use Item package. Instead of the Use item, I should use a travel?
  6. So I have npcs that I have forced to sit down; however, after running from any nearby combat, they walk back to the spot but do not sit down. How do I get them to also go back and sit down again?
  7. So I am working on a new mod and adding new enemies to Freeside. I am trying to use BLEED with it yet it seems like they are not affected by the mod (and maybe not affected by other mods as well, for example, vicious waste doesn't seem to reduce the amount of ammo they drop on death) The enemies have only slighter higher HP than the thugs around freeside yet are much harder to kill as they are extremely bullet spongey. (I also use live dismemberment and it takes a lot more shots to the head to blow it up compared to the others). The BLEED effect rarely happens when I shoot them and when it does, it only removes about 1 tick of HP. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

  11. It can also happen elsewhere but I've experienced this one over and over (since im trying to go there). When I did manage to go there and do the Trudy-Wolfgang fight, I went back to concord and when I entered concord I CTD. Sanctuary to concord seems like my little safe space, once I leave those areas, this s#*! will eventually happen. I have level 100 sneak (I havn't played in a while so maybe its just level 100 sneak idk) BUT I am able to literally walk circles around enemies while crouched and walk like 1 foot infront of their eyes. Not sure if it was already like this since I havn't played in a while but I downloaded 3 new mods I found before I hopped on and I'm not sure if that is the problem (ENHANCED NPC AWARNESS) - (COVER BASED STEALTH) - (COMBAT ENHANCER) At first when I came on after downloading this stuff, I was able to just crouch during a firefight and BOOM they went to looking for me. I disabled Combat Enhancer and Cover Based Stealth and now when I crouch it doesn't do that anymore BUT, sneaking is still way to easy. I can just walk right infront of someone and they wont be able to see me.   13. I was thinking of replacing a destroyed house in outer vegas with a new actual house but im not sure on how to go about this as I have read different things. Should I delete it? I tried deleting a debris pile but when i deleted it in the geck it still shows in the game so I'm not sure if there is something else i need to do (i looked online and read something about using FNVedit but idk, I have only used FNVedit to flag my mod as an esm). Should I just Disable the structures? What do you guys think would be the best way of going about this?
  14. i did some digging and i think i found something if UNVUnderdogboxer.GetKnockedState ==-1 Not sure if it works yet but I will test it and then edit this message if it works EDIT: Getknockedstate works but just decided to have them fight to the death instead since it makes other things a lot easier to do and it still fits in with my mod very well.
  15. So how would i check for when the npc goes unconscious?
