I used noise in Photoshop to create the texture. it doesn't look very realistic because of that... But it seems like more realistic textures don't work with me. I say this because I've seen some photos of detailed beards for the game... And sure, if i release more stuff I'll make sure you know it.

Tried it.. Same blurry effect. Maybe it's because it has a bit too much detail and oblivion's shaders completely destroy the detail

Oh right.. Sorry about that. I'm using Photoshop to create the texture and using the DXT1 to export the texture ( I also tried DXT5 'cause I was running out of ideas ). I'm using the normal maps that come with robert's body replacer V52, so I didn't create a new normal map. I have the photoshop plugin to create them but I don't know exactly what to do. What am I doing wrong here? :\ Thanks!! :)

Hello everyone! I'm trying to get my character a new beard, and for that, I'm editing the face texture "headhuman.dds". However, when it shows up ingame it's all blurry, losing a lot of the initial detail. What should I do? Is there any alternative? Like and age map? If so, how can I make it work? Thanks in advance

So installing from the DVD is pretty much useless now? Problem solved. Apparently it was just updating, however it showed it was downloading the whole game again ( 5GB ). Weird, uh? Thanks

Well I already uninstalled... And I can't verify local files after installation because the files are instantly deleted..

So I don't know if I should post this here or not but... Whatever. I hope someone can help me out. Ok so today I uninstalled Skyrim so I could install it again... I install it from the disc and here's what happens: At the end of the installation, the files inside the Skyrim installation folder get deleted and steam starts downloading the game! What is going on? I've tried to run the setup as an administrator, didn't work. Tried safe mode, didn't work. Tried to disable updates, didn't work. Can someone help me?

Today i deleted the animations.bsa file and let steam redownload it, it still happens. I noticed that i have some input delay in third person tho, could that be the cause?

I was indeed using a body mod but i reinstalled the game and removed all the mods and this still happens! Very weird isn't it? And it happens everywhere :s

Hello everyone! So, I have a little problem here... Whenever i turn the camera around in third person mode while I'm in "battle stance" this happens: (No, it is not video lag, it really does that, or worse! It also isn't a FPS problem! ) So yeah, I've already removed all my body mods ( I kept texture mods because I think those aren't the problem ). After the recording of the video i reinstalled the game and that still happens... I hope you can help me as i've seen YouTube videos and this really isn't supposed to happen

Hello everyone Does anyone know of any mod that adds aviator-like sunglasses to the game? That'd be awesome! I do know about this one: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/34079 But those glasses are not quite what I'm looking for... If there IS one could you please tell me where can i get it? If it doesn't exist... Is anyone willing to do it? Thanks in advance
