Hi! I'm having this issue downloading the Legacy Of The Dragonborn where the download speed is "stuck" at ~30KB/s. Any other download seems to be working fine, and when I download using ModOrganizer, I always hit the speed cap. Thanks for the help. ###### EDIT On September 04, I downloaded this modhttps://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2347Optional Files - -- Skyrim 2020 8.4.2 - 2K using the Mod Manager Download option and my download was at the full speed cap.I'm now downloading the Snow alternative 1 from the same mod at speed cap 1MB/s using the Mod Manager option. The Manual Download is also stuck at slow speeds (15~20KB/s).
