Is anyone able to determine anything from the papyrus logs In spoiler section?

That would normally be the route I would take. The strange thing is that I've been to dawnstar and have been playing in that area without trouble with all mods currently installed. I was hoping the papyrus logs would help point to a solution.

I started this playthrough with no crashing and at this point i'm crashing roughly every few minutes. I am experiencing crashes while walking around on my newly created save. Riften, Whiterun and Windhelm all have the same issue, but Windhelm appears to be the worst by far. 3-5 minutes in Windhelm is a guaranteed crash. Occasionally crashes while interacting with npc's/menu's.(hitting tab or talking to a merchant.) I have run loot with no errors and sorted load order with LOOT https://modwat.ch/u/Zamana/plugins I am unable to currently upload papyrus logs do to "You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file" any advice for that as well?

Have you tried running flawess widescreen? https://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/ ? Also check the Skyui box if you are using that.

Issue: Random crash to desktop, Infinite loading screen, crash on zoning. Preventative measures: Uninstall Skyrim delete steam folder, all nexus mods (everything in the mods folder) As clean of starting the modding as I can. Reinstalled skyrim. My resolution is 3440x1440 and I am using flawless widescreen with skyui Thank you for your time any advice would be appreciated. I currently use nexus mod manager. I've also Run loot. with 0 errors.

I am running into a dragon called Nahlotna and I'm not sure what mod this dragon is from. It is semi near dragon bridge. I searched but was unable to find which mod. I have a few creature mods but I'm not sure if its a part of them or perhaps some quest mod or a forgotten mod. This is the 2nd dragon I've encountered with a unique name that locked off a area of the map in which if i'm seen i'm 1 hit wondered by.(very apparent these arn't for my level perhaps quest mod?)
