Hi, guys! Another suffering soul here. So, in short, I have a copy of Legendary Edition and wanted to spice it up a bit with a couple of mods (140+ actually), and everything worked fine and dandy until (wait for it!) I finally decided that I've installed enough mods and started a new game. Only, here is a twist, in the character creator window my char always looks down as if he was a giant, although I didn't modify a thing yet. So, to test out what's going own I just rolled with the default appearance. And what do you know, my first person view is x2 times higher than the actual character! The fps is horrible due to enormous twitching of the camera as a result, and I'm pretty sure, that my char head hits the ceiling. But I didn't install anything, that modifies the height or the first person view. So which one? That's what I hope you could help me with. I've run BOSS check and not a single warning appeared. Modified the load order and unchecked all mods, except the game files - the problem persists. BUT! re-installing the game and deleting the data folder solved the issue. However, once I copied the mods folder back to the Data directory - everything started again. Is it a corrupted mod maybe? Greetings! So I have a weird problem with my Skyrim copy (which has never happened before, by the way). First of all, it's a Legendary Edition copy bought from Steam, fully updated, absolutely clean install with no mods whatsoever. The problem I'm facing is that the game works perfectly fine if I don't touch the "Options" menu in the launcher and change anything there. So, basically launcher detects "best" settings and I click play - everything works fine (only with low fps). So, once I quit the game and change resolution, shadows or practically anything there - the game crashes on Dragon logo in the main menu. Now If i try to revert back to default settings - it just still keeps crashing. I can't play now. WTF? :pinch: I've changed the Skyrim folder in My Documents from read-only, I've reinstalled the game 3 times by now to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! UPDATE: I looked into the "Files" in the launcher and it doesn't show Skyrim.esm or Update.esm. Only DLCs. Nexus Mod Manager however, recognizes those. Is that supposed to be that way? UPDATE2: Having disabled all of the DLCs I can finally enter the game menu. Weeeeeird.
