Yes, there are plenty of places anyone can use... but I want a guild oriented customizable one. It's not the same. Think about it. Designing a Symbol and put it in flags and chrest al over the place, whit themed decoration in a building designed for a guild. Meeting rooms, etc.

A mod to start a guild already exist. Guild Starter: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52871/? The mod is great, but I find miself in need of a proper guild base. There are many house mods but none fits in my idea of a guild base.

Well, you could post here any ideas you have about it. This is a brainstorm (?)
