  1. Yea, the suggested mod is very good! Installed and endorsed. However still, my first priority for such mod remains leveling your smithing skill from repairing gear, to eliminate dagger forging.
  2. Hi, I know there is such mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33411/? , but it's not working well, it's bugged and abandoned. Also I'm surprised there is no detailed mod about durability, especially when there are such great mods for needs (food, sleep...), Frostfall and other immersive mods. Usually after a while, when you forge most needed items (usually at blacksmith level 50) there is no useful and immersive need to use the forge, grindstone and workbench. To get the high level perks, I found myself spamming iron daggers, which breaks immersion. So there's an idea: Weapons and armor, equipped by the player have durability percentage (0 - damaged, 100 - good as new). For every hit taken or dealt, a certain percentage is subtract from the weapon/armor, reducing the damage or armor rating. So you need workbench for armors and grindstones for repairing weapons. Using them for repair, will increase the blacksmith experience. Also you can use repair hammers, but they will break just like in oblivion and will be not as effective as the workbench. But if the blacksmith level is high, the hammers will repair more. Deadric artifacts will not need repairs, as they are "divine" So instead spamming daggers to level, you will find yourself in need to go to the city and use workbench and grindstone FOR A REASON and the experience will level immersively. This will also force the player to invest in certain perks, as you can't repair orcish armor or weapon without the perk, and also force the low level character to play with low level armors and weapons, enhancing immersion and difficulty. Also very damaged gear will require ingots and leather strips to repair, punishing the player for not repairing regularly, also requiring workbench or grindstone, as you can't repair broken gear only with a hammer. I think this is much needed mod for immersive players and warriors, I don't have any idea how to mod and script at all.
  3. Thanks, I'll try this mod as well!
  4. Thanks! As for the reinstall: This was the reason to reinstall Skyrim. I deleted everything (uninstall Skyrim with data folder, Nexus Moda manager, registry clean) and reistalled everything in a different folder and downloaded the mods again.
  5. Hello, today I reinstalled Skyrim, installed all my previous mods (clean install), but now the tree LODs are bugged. I tried 4 different tree LOD replacement mods, but the bug is still there:
  6. Hello, since Dawnguard came out, I loved the new trees in Forgotten Vale with 3d snow on their branches. Also now in Solstheim in Dragonborn the snowy trees are with snow, not just texture. So is it possible to replace the Skyrim trees with these, new ones?
  7. Hello, recently I had to reinstall windows and skyrim and I started to install mods. However I don't remember which mod adds those small rocks, scattered across the enviroment. These are some screenshots from my last install: 1 2 3 Now I'll make backups to my mods! Thanks!
  8. The problem was the shadow casting light count. Now when I left 4, they appear properly. Thanks! One more question: Now I'm working on the exterior. I made a very beautiful night scene (torches, lights...), but they shine also in the day. Can I make them to work only at night time?
  9. No, I removed all mist and fog effects, the light is still flickering.
  10. Hello, I'm creating my first mod and I encountered some problems with the light. To make my explanation short I made a video: Video The light in the basement is switching on and off and that irritates me.I don't know if this is a game bug or a modding mistake. For light I make 2 sources: one with shadow (RiftenLight01Shad) and one from a mine.(CidhnaMine_OrangeFlicker). Also when I look at the ceiling from the basement there is a shadow bug. Can anybody help me? edit: Removing the fog and mist effects doesn't help.
  11. Hello, I'm running Skyrim on pc and recently it began to freeze. Here's a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9itu-i2Y-M&feature=youtu.beVideo First I disabled the mods, it freezes Reinstalled the game, still freezes Played with the settings, still freezes. Then I decided to try a new game and it worked, no shutters, no lags. So the freezing is save game related. My save is 65mb and I spent nearly 180 hours, so I don't want to loose it. I looked at my old save games, there's one without lag, but its very old. Here, if somebody wants to try it: http://www.gamefront.com/files/21680826/Save+156+-+Rosenrot++Skyrim++176.52.11.ess Thanks!
