anyone?' i only need to know if the vampire lord sun damage is the same of regural vampires instead of 60 hp,magic and stamina reduction at higher levels

i'm level 48 with my character and a stage 1 vampire with 15 hp ect reduced during daytime. when i transform into a vampire lord my attributes are reduced by 60 instead of 15. bug or balancing system?? at higher level vampire lords get a huge boost to health, magicka and stamina

pc user. i have serana secret installed but i read that this is a dawnguard bug.

After i completed the dawnguard questline i dismissed Serana....the problem now is that she cant follow me anymore. any fix about this??
