The script files etc that are manually installed to skyrim folder wont get deleted along with skyrim itself so they stay there causing problems unless you go in to manually delete them all.

All i can think of is that one of the mods you installed was a german version or german only mod but you might want to check that out, i think i installed some non english mods also at some point which altered some text

"My right arm is a lot stronger than my left arm" that instantly reminded me of tryndamere from league of legends but sadly i dont know how to fix it. You could try uninstalling all bodymods and such and then reinstalling them could be something you have just conflicts a bit. If you put some textures/meshes in manually they could be causing conflicts untill they are permanently removed by deleting them

Did you try loading up earlier save ? auto and quicksaves have reputation of being easily corrupted.

I think reproccer f*#@ed up something and made the stats vanilla for you, i got most of my items fixed with balbour and steelsoul's patches but some stuff like silver/honed silver are still bit buggy and have vanilla stats and are missing the silver buff...but it's way better than before so i recommend it highly

I couldnt fix my issue with this sadly, my skyrim pushes up areas that cause instant ctd in various locations every now and then...first it was lakeview and every area near it like pinewatch. Fixed it by downloading mod that changed lakeview house but now ive gotten those at largashbur, markarth and several other spots also but only way to fix them is load up save that loses 2-3hours of gameplay.

Most likely its the "crash-zone" CTD im having also, sadly can't say what causes it as i didnt manage to solve it, loading earlier save might help which it did for me in some cases even if the crashes may resume at other location. In my case i cant go anywhere near largashbur without instantly getting an CTD. you should post your boss logs (all of them : SKSE, recognized and unrecognized plugins) and with some luck someone may see something funny in the loadout.

So far no good, been trying to remove some mods to see which might cause it and cleaned masterfiles for Skyrim.esm/Update.esm/Heartfire, Dawnguard and Dragonborn according to that gopher guide but didnt touch mods themselves. I was able to enter Largashbur just fine at start and initiated the quest to kill the giant with yamarz, after i get the hammer im unable to return without crash, overwrote my latest save inside the cave and next one would cost about 10+ hours of gameplay haha. It's not just this time though, it happened before with other places like lakeview which caused other ctds randomly also and with several other spots also but it helped when i loaded save from before the crashes began...sadly with the latest save before largashbur questline being accidentally overwritten it's not really option now unless i can't figure this out. *PS* shameless self bump i know, but im getting a tad desperate.

Heya, i've been having some frustrating issues where skyrim might randomly cause instant CTD on specific areas that affect everything near it also. Currently im unable to enter that largashbur after killing the giant and retrieving the hammer, problem is also every other area close to it CTD in quite wide range and walking/fast traveling all crash the game. It happened before with lakeview manor and only fixed itself when i installed mod that altered the area, i tried waiting for 10+ days but it didnt help me at all. I don't use tes5edit or wryebash which might also cause issues but so far i wrecked the game more than fixed it using those 2. Boss logs:
