Ok i just re-install Fallout 4. Now lose mods work (Tested it with Live Diessmemberment Mod) Bud i still can't get Weapons Mod to work. (Handmade Revolver, Crude Blowback.)

I did any thing this video say but my mods still don't work.

All i want is to just use mods. I did any possible way i could find on the internet but i still can't use any mods. I change the .ini, i used NMM, checked the Plugin.txt. But it does not work. Please explain to me what i have to do to run mods in Fallout 4 in 2017 on stream. Explain it to me like im the biggest idiot in the universe, because i must be one when i can't use any mods at all. Step by Step. Thanks for any help i get.
