Ace of Spades is in the Nellis Tower Security Bunker with the Jack of Hearts. If you blew up anything clearing bunker, it is probably displaced. You may have to clip and check under the floor or inside furniture to find it. It is (was) there when I found it.

Go back through the posts. We got all 30 and the prize at the end. Finished the Card quest too. Chucksteel is awsome.

I had the same issue with Pin Up. Just would not go away. arranged him to "Accidentally step on a land mine" and still did not end the quest. I got the same map marker near the Atomic Wrangler. I clipped all around the area, nothing. Finally I used the console command and changed ownership of the bed and called it a day. You have access to all the storage and a great location for a home, so call it a win.

Way to Go Roy! Confirmed locations for the 4 of Diamonds and Ace of Hearts. That makes all 52. Pick-Up is trolling the lobby and the Bed still shows his ownership, but the rest of the apartment is mine. I guess I will just console command it to advnce the quest of change owenership on the bed. A big thanks to Chuck Steel for a most excelent mod. Hope to see your work in Boston very soon. ; )

Hey Capt, If you look on another thread, all the Gnome locations are listed there. Have you any card locations to share?

8 of Diamonds was stuck between the top and bottom of the Blackjack Table Top. No way to see it without the Trusty TCL command. Only Two to go! 4 of Diamonds and Ace of Hearts. Almost time to order a case of Atomic Cocktail for the housewarming party.

Double Checked the table again, 8 of Diamonds not there. I may have to clip through the floor to make sure it did not drop through and into space. Jack of Diamonds right where you said it was. I had checked both sheds before, but it was on the ground and hard to spot. Had to pile everything not tied down at one end of the shed to spot it. Only three to go: 4 & 8 of Diamonds, and the Ace of Hearts

I can say with a clear conscience I have not Gecked a single card (yet), though I have been sorely tempted with only four cards left. :blush:

Hey Rubberduck69, I share your frustration. Chuck did a great job of hiding them. I am down to my last 5. The good news is that he only hid them in the worldspaces he modified (his interior spaces), unlike the Gnome quest. Check the floor of all the Box Cars carefully, there are sometimes two per car. Cottonwood Cove is another major area, upper and lower as is Blue Paradise Vac Rentals on the River. Again, sometimes there are two cards per building. There are several in Bonnie Springs, Bolder City, Nellis, Searchlight Airport. Sometimes you have to move boxes and barrels out of the way, so don't give up too soon. Also in Nellis, you may have to move clipboards and other "stuff" off the desks to locate them. If you can locate the Ace and 9 of Hearts, the 4, 8, and Jack of Diamonds, I will share the location of all of the others with you either on this thread or PM, as no one else seems interested. The reward is well worth the hunt. By the way, one is located on the desk downstairs from the Apartment in Cerrulean Robotics Lobby next to the Terminal (under a clipboard). Sneaky Chuck! Markieman

Try dropping him on the ground, save, exit and then re- load the game. Might be because you used the console command to get him. When you reload the game, pick him up and the quest should advance with a travel marker to your prize. Check your pip boy map.

At the front of the crashed plane is a large rock outcropping with a tree in front of it. Willy is between the tree and the rock on his side. There is a downhill slope, so the base of the rock is much lower than the plane. If there have been any explosions in the vicinity, he might have been tossed further into the desert.

Thanks Chuck, but I am just a little confused. There are 13 cards per suit (ace-10 and three face cards), plus two jokers. That makes 52 and 2, right? Found the first joker, the quest started, the second joker went away. I have all but three number cards and one face card located. I must say, the Client's wife was very sneaky in hiding them. I turned some of the cells upside down to locate a card, or two. (Glad she isn't my wife)

They look great on the round bar. I added the Evil and two regular Gnomes at the end of the Drunken collection. The louge is a great place to showcase all the different collections of "stuff" from the wasteland. The back of the bar is now fully stocked with all manner of drink, TVs, Espresso Makers, the framed Pictures (including Elvis). Have any of you intrepid Gnome hunters started the 52 Card Quest? I am down to my last 4 cards and am stumped. Each of the cards are too cool and Chucksteel out did himself hiding them. Any one willing to share where they foud them? Chuck gave his ok earlier in this post, and I did not see their location anywhere else on the forum.

Anyone willing to share on the location of 5 of the cards. I have turned the wasteland upside down, and don't seem to be able to locate the last few cards. I am willing to share the location of the ones I have found (Chucksteel gave his ok).

Thank you Chucksteel. The first Joker (to start the quest) is located at Cottonwood Cove, in the Recreation Center. Look carefully at the poker game on the table and locate the card. All the cards will have "Vargas" in their title. Back to suite overlooking the North Gate of the Strip and you are on your way. (Awsome windows by the way). If any one else joins in, I will add locations for the cards I have located so far.

They look like regular Poker cards, so they can be hard to spot. I have one Quest Start Joker and 17 cards so far. With Chucksteel's permision we can detail them in this thread, other wise look inside all his building interiors and look very, very carefully - they can be a little tricky to see. The Prize at the end is very cool.

Ah yes, there is an additoinal quest for "52 Card Pick-Up" that gets us an apartemnt overlooking the North Gate of the Strip. To the right as you face the Strip Gate, there is a locked set of doule doors at the end of the multi-story building. Based of the description in the read me file, that should be the location of the prize for finding the cards. Just not sure how to trigger the quest. Any one have any luck? BTW, I lined the bar at the Cocktail Lounge level of the Lucky 38 with all the druken Gomes. They go almost all the way around. Been busy stocking bar shelves with all the different types of booze. I must say, they make quite a sight.

Confirmed!!! Follow the cliff edge to the left as you face the bunker entrance. Go to the top of the hill and look in the first depression by the cliff top. Colonel Klink Great job twiztedsook! I guess now we will be on to finding cards, eh?

PapaDookie - nothing at the Wind Farm except Cazadore Venom! Dito the Toxic Dump Site, just ghouls and Rad Barrels - can someone look over Clark Field in case I missed one? CelShadedDeath - Way to Go!!! #29 Confirmed. On the left end of the Ridge as you face the graves. Only one to go folks! I have my bramin all loaded up for the prize at the end of the quest.

Been all over Novac, behind the Dino, under the Dino, on the Dino in front of the Dino, no Gnome, no how. I thought the roof of the Hotel over the office would have been an excelent location, but nothing there. Looked behind the Hotel Cotteges and in the wrecked bus too as well as around all the buildings and rubble piles. I looked over all the Strip and didn't find anything, but there were a couple of really good spots where one should have been. The map I used was just from a Google Image search and a yellow highligter. I know, very low tech, but it worked. I looked through the Legion Fort and Cottonwood Cove. There aren't any in Legion territory. Hidden Valley where the Brotherhood of Steel is hiding is another possilbe spot (didn't see one when I looked) I have to share that I recently drove Interstate 10 for real from Arizona to Califonria, and got a chuckle when I passed the sign for Las Vegas and Searchlight, Nevada. I was impressed that the landscape in the game looks exactly like the real thing. There were even a few building hulks along the highway that looked like they were right out of the game. I half expected Feinds to jump out and take a shot at us.

PapaDookie, Looked all over Helios One, Tower top, base, even thought a Gnome might be laying on one of the Solar Reflectors, but no Dice. My bet was on Gibson's Scrap Yard or Clark Field, but Cactus Punch has scrubbed the yard clean and so have I. I have been over Clark Field about 5 times as well. I Figured there would be one near Miguel's Pawn Shop in Westside, but have'nt found one there either. Vault 22 would be another good hiding spot Searched the whole north shore of Lake Mead as well, from the boat launch to the NCR lookout on the mountain top. I will let you in on a little secret - don't tell anyone. I printed a map of the wasteland, highlighted the found locations and then looked at the areas in between. I don't know if Chucksteel intended to or not, but he located them almost the same distance apart from one to the next with only a couple exceptions. Either very good planning, or serendipity. Either way, awsome job! Based on that clue, there should be one near Novac. These last two are tough. Makes the prize that much better!
