I got it working, but I undid the changes to my .ini files, and deleted the fallout4 folder under local, then uninstalled NMM, uninstalled FO4, re-installed, and now it's working

I tried deleting the Falloout4 folder under Local and it still didn't work. How do I delete the entire thing like you said? I tried uninstalling NMM then deleting the Fallout4 folder under Local, and when I ran the game, it still crashed. I checked and it restored the folder but still wouldn't let me boot up the game. Then I decided to undo the changes NMM made me make to the .ini files and then deleted the Fallout4 folder under Local, and I had the same result. Only this time instead of five items in the folder, there are two. I've tried every option I can think of, but you've seemed to have figured it out. Please help? D:
