So I completed Grand Tour and talked to Shank to start Home Sweet Home, I choose to talk the settlers out of their land and when I go to the settlement and speak to the settler, I pass the speech checks and get them to agree to leave but they never leave. The icon over the settler does not go away and I cannot access the workshop to plant the gangs flag. I have tried this both with and without mods and it makes no difference. I tried using the Set Stage command and while it will complete the quest they still will not leave, I still can't access the workshop and the gang won't move in and I cannot go on to the next quest. I was able to find other people online that said they had the same problems but no one had any solutions to the bug. I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and what they did to fix it if anything, thanks again everyone for any help you can give.

I completed the first part of the Hull Breach quest but I was never approached by machete mike and so after I turned in the tools it ended. I can not get either of the other two parts of the quest to activate, I have tried using console commands but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know of a way to get these quests without starting over?

I tried installing the unofficial fallout 4 patch, but it does not seem to have had any effect on the problem, the game still crashes any time I try to approach sanctuary with any of the above mods enabled.

I have the following armor mods which I was using just fine together, now whenever I try to enter sanctuary on foot or by fast travel the game crashes. I have narrowed it down to the following mods which when enabled cause the crash: N7 combat armor Reillys rangers combat armor Reillys rangers pa mod Westtech tactical optics x01 bos skin x02 enclave armor enhanced ballistic weave real jetpacks personal jetpack power armor delivery system It does not matter if I use one or all of the above mods they cause the crash entering sanctuary, when disabled the game runs fine no matter how many other mods I use. I had been using all of these mods together and had no problems now it seems any mod that is wearable crashes the game. I could really use some help on this, I was just avoiding sanctuary but that is where all my stuff is so its becoming a problem. Thanks everyone.

So I have an update to my glitch, it seems that when the screen flickers it will also randomize my combat armor in my inventory. I can have a full set of heavy combat armor and then when I go to sell it, it is now sturdy or standard combat armor. Has anyone had this particular glitch happen with or without the flickering and pausing?

Since the new patch while I am playing my screen will flicker and the game will pause as if I had pressed the esc key. This happens repeatedly and without discernible pattern, it will happen when trying to sell at shops and while in combat or just wandering the wasteland. It did not happen before the patch and I have not added any new mods since the patch. I was having the same crashing issues as many people but upgrading homemaker to the new 1.33 revision fixed the crashing but now there is this constant and random pausing of the game. Has anyone else experienced this?

Downloaded it again through FOMM and it worked perfectly, thank you very much.

I installed it directly, I have never used FOMM and am not familiar with it, this was my first time trying to use a mod, so as I said I really don't know anything.

I dowloaded Camon's MG-42 and nazi uniform mod but when I install it all I get is a red background with a white exclamation point in it. I have very little experience with modding and I don't know how to fix it or even what I might be looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I see many people who have gotten it to work. I am hoping someone can help me,Thanks.
