SSE Edit help getting to work with mo2?

Go figure It's that simple, much appreciated! Edit: Okay well maybe not, I got SSE Edit working buy cannot figure out how to actually fix the mod using it. :( -
I've downloaded SSE edit so I can fix the mod WICO, I've tried to follow the instructions on a reddit post but I can't get it to work. The post said I need to download automation tools and unpack it into SSE edit which I don't know how to do then check just USSEP and WICO in SSE edit. I can't get to that stage but even if I could the only .esm things in SSE edit are the base game files. I thought all the mods I had would be there or something. It's frustrating because everyone else on the reddit post says it's so simple and it makes me feel stupid. Could anyone help me get SSE edit to work? Problem with lighting (in vanilla and with mods)

I also have this issue, I can't offer any real help sorry to say, but I wanted to know if you had another lighting issue that I think might be coming from the same ENB and weathers etc. Are you noticing a white or grayish box/rectangle at the bottom of the screen that follows the PC around? it's most noteable in first person and especially on snow. -
Does anyone know how long it takes for an ash pile to vanish? I was under the impression that the offical patch or if not that, the unoffical patch fixed this, but returning to a location that previously still had ash piles in them shows they are still there. One example is in Haemar's cavern, it is still marked as cleared on my map but going inside the thralls and vampires are back and the bodies have disappeared but the place is still full of ash piles.

Hey everyone. Been having an issue with my game where more often than not a bright white square follows me wherever I go, like a boxy white shadow. I'm assuming this is caused by ENB's and if so does anyone have a fix? I've tried looking up this issue online but with no luck so thought I'd ask the community here for help as it's kind of jarring having this thing follow me everywhere. Thanks.

Hey I've been fiddling around with different lighting mods such as RLO and ELFX (Still can't decide which is better) but I'm not noticing any real changes. The most obvious change would have to be in Dragonsreach, it's looks the same night or day, just like in vanilla. Could this be because I have an enb installed that's breaking it? I have the Skyrim Re Engaged ENB installed could anyone suggest a better one, or one that might work better or just a way to fix it? I also have obsidian weathers installed if that helps in any way. Thanks in advance.

Critical error when starting creation kit.

Not sure if I should keep this post, the same topic is being discussed now in my other post, just that no mods are appearing in the kit. I'm assuming it's due to MO2 -
I'm just going to assume that because all my mods are installed using MO2, that MO2 is not compatible with the creation kit because It can not see a single mod I have downloaded. I click on data and the only master files present are still just Skyrim, Update, Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn. So I'm guessing if I wanted them to show up I'd have to stop using MO2 and install them all manually.

I installed it through the app, but I figured out what was wrong. I wasn't installing it in my Steam/steamapps/common/SkyrimSE folder it seems to work now. Only nothing will load in the creation kit, just the vanilla master files and I can't figure out how to fix that. -
Hey Whenever I try to start up the creation kit I keep getting this error message: "The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem." I tried uninstalling the creation kit but I keep getting the error message. Can anyone help me out?

I downloaded it manually and installed it but I'm not seeing anything besides the vanilla master files under data in the creation kit so I'm not sure if it is optimized for SSE. Is this because I'm using MO2 and my skyrim game is on a seperate drive to where the MO2 is perhaps? I don't remember having this much trouble when I installed it last year using NMM, not sure why I'm having trouble now with MO2

How do I load a mod up with creation kit so I can make it work with SSE? A bunch of mods haven't been updated for SSE and apparently won't work if I install them normally, I've heard that it uses form 43 and needs to use 44. Whatever the hell that means but I open creation kit and only see Skyrim.esm and the DLC master files. Also one of the mods that has not been ported for SSE "aMidianBorn Book of Silence" needs optimizing so I can install it. Can someone tell me how to do that too? I manually downloaded them to start with, unzipped the files opened the entire folder in nifoptimizer and tried to optimize it then zipped it back up is that how I do it? The instructions I read were most likely clear but I'm just stupid, so If somebody could lay it out in the most basic terms I'd be super grateful. Thanks :)

Hey Everyone. Trying to get back into Skyrim again only I moved to MO2 from NMM a good while back and had to transfer my mods from my other games I managed it with Fallout 4 without much issue but I've had to delete them all and start from scratch with Skyrim. I've installed Skyrim on a separate drive to Fallout as that has VERY little room left on it, only I think MO2 might be downloading mods to the drive with no room left as I'm getting error messages when I'm downloading mods. Can anyone tell me how I can change the download location for MO2 so it puts the mods I download on the drive that has Skyrim installed and has a lot of room left on it? Edit: Also I was curious, I have the mods I had installed through NMM in my recycle bin at the moment and a few will probably need updating, but can I copy and paste them somewhere to MO2 so I don't have to install them all from the start? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Mostly perception and Intelligence perks, I'm avoiding putting points into endurance perks as they don't seem all that great, was debating whether or not to pick up medic, someone told me it's a waste and I really tend to save perks rather than spend because I'm super paranoid I'll spend them wrong, It's the same with any game I play that has perk points or stats.

I have a few points to spare and was wondering whether or not Rifleman, Commando, Gunslinger were worthwhile perks or not? Kinda leaning towards yes considering how god damn bullet spongy enemies are, taking about 400+ fusion cells to kill a radscorpion. But how many points would you guys advise I sink into it into to make things less frustrating? Not ridiculously easy to the point where it's just lame, one shotting anything and everything.

Hey everyone. Just noticed a weird issure with my game trying to hand in a minutemen quest "Stop the raiding" to Preston. It doesn't complete the last step, I talk to Preston but it doesn't acknowledge that I have in the Pipboy log. I have two to hand in a once, could that be causing it somehow? I'd appreciate any help, it's seriously messing with my OCD. The quest seems to complete, but it doesn't mark the last stage as completed is what I mean, Is there a fix for something like that? I tried completing it via console but that didn't work, anyone have any suggestions? I made a lot of progress since picking up the quest, so if anyone could help out I'd be grateful.

Hey everyone. So I just decided to do the "Out of the fire" mission at Finch Farm to retrieve the sword from Saugus Ironworks. I've just killed Slag and after going to loot his body I noticed he was wearing an "Alpha 1 T45-F power armor chestpiece, I had never seen this until now so I did a google search and checked the wiki but couldn't find a thing. More curiosity than anything, but I wanted to know if anyone recognised the name and could tell me what mod it's from?

2300 did not spawn any more robots, as Ada was still only fighting one and a scavenger was there for some reason? But 2400 seems to have done the trick as it lets me talk to Ada and completes the "eliminate hostile robots" objective, looking back it may have been my fault as I've been near the area once or twice for Railroad missions like Boston After Dark, and I could hear all the robots fighting but I just left them alone, so whether or not that was what borked it I'm not sure. Thanks for the help I appreciate it! :) Just hope there isn't any repercussions using these commands ^^ -

Oh wow, that's a lot of info that that command brought up. Sorry to have to ask if this is incredibly dumb but are there any specific lines I'm looking for? There are a few with the word alias in them. some of them are: Registeredaliascount - 0 RegisteredAliases[] = [] RegisteredCollectionAliases[] = [] Is that bad? :sad: Edit: Stage 2200 is reported -
Hey Everyone. I've just decided to start the Automatron DLC after a long time on my current save, the quest started fine once I reached level 15 ages ago but now that I've finally tried to start it I arrive at the area outside Wattz Consumer Electronics to find there is only one hostile robot there instead of the large group there should be. Once it's destroyed I don't recieve the objective to talk to Ada nor do I complete the objective to eliminate the hostile robots. Talking to Ada will just get me the same "I'm searching for the target" over and over and over and over. Can anyone please help? I did some searching before posting this and a few people have said to reload an earlier save, but I really, really don't want to have to lose at dozens of hours of progress. I'd be super grateful if anyone knew how to fix this. ^^ Thanks in advance!
