  1. Some of the weapons in my modded game has textures that don't match up with its position on its weapon. Example: The wooden part of the texture should be at the grip, but instead covers the barrel. I already Archive Invaded it multiple times, using both FOMM and the Archive Invad mod. I think it may have to do with Millenia's Weapon Retexture project and the GRA patch for it interfering with the other mods. But I am not sure. Edit: Ah I messed up the topic title, no surprise there. Also I removed all the weapon retexture mods and now it turns out fine, as far as I can tell anyway. It seems like the textures the mods provided did not match up with the provided mesh.   2. Tried both previously and just now again. Does not work.
  3. ... and it shows no sign that it has been opened from task manager. This happened after I clean my desktop and plugged it back in. I noticed it had some problems so I fixed it with my copy of Win7 64-bit Home OS so that it is back to default. For some reason after all this, FOMM doesn't open. It doesnt even show an error message. The 4gb program gets an error from Steam. It says: "Application load error 3:0000065432" I checked online and nothing helps. Apart from that my some of my steam games dont work for some reason. I already uninstalled and reinstalled them multiple times as with installed the latest in Microsoft .Net Framework along with SP1 2008 and etc. How can I fix this? Specifically the FOMM problem.
  4. I have somehow managed to fix it by uninstall and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately it removed all the mods so I have to start from scratch again.
  5. I don't know why but both FO3 and NV refuses to work, although they have different problems. FO3 works except that I can't interact with it and when I try to get out via ctrl+alt+delete it would crash. NV crashes a few seconds after it starts. I tried it without loading the mods except for the official DLC (Even with only the FalloutNV.esm). It just crashes.   8. Can someone create the almost perfect perk like in FO3 where you can get it at level 30? Yes I know I can use the console to give it to myself, but that wouldn't make it legit.
  9. How do I change the amount of bullets fired in vats? Currently I have a few mods that would fire over half their magazines at a target, even if it is already dead by the first bullet. I already googled it which is how I learned how to change the AP cost, but I couldn't find how to change the number of bullets fired.

  11. Do you mean the rifle, or the beam? If the beam, you can just change the laser rifle projectile from BeamLaserProjectile to BeamLaserGreenProjectile. What about a blue beam? Yes, I'm talking about the beam.

  13. This has happened since recently. From the start of the game I went to Chet's house. I could not interact with him but I could interact with the items around. The meshes for some of the weapons would fail to load (in the case of Chet's store: the silenced .22 pistol and the mod weapon Halo DMR rifle) even though there is no reason for them to be missing. The loading screen wheel thing that I replaced with something else also has a problem where it is replaced by 3 pink rectangles, the center one rotating. The biggest problem is that the textures of the store are loading ones it shouldn't load. I saw a texture for the face on the floor and the abraxo box texture as well. They keep changing as I move my view or my character. Some of them the textures wouldn't even load. I already tried reinstalling NMC's Textures, Millenia's weapon retexture mod, and all the Ojo Bueno texture mods (UHQ).   16. Is anyone willing to bring in make and release the laser and plasma weaponry from the recent XCOM game? Like on this page: http://xcom.wikia.com/wiki/Weapons_%28XCOM:_Enemy_Unknown%29 I'm asking this because I have noticed that the energy weapons are very unappealing compared to the bullet variety. And the fact that I want to see my character fire an automatic plasma rifle. The problems I could see with those weapons would be the reloading animations and that the original weapons had bright white textures that doesn't match with the wasteland so they would be a dull gray with scratches. Mostly because I have noticed that there is a lot of glare in the game when regarding white textures. Please?

  18. I looking to see the armor to look practical. Which means no massive pauldrons that you would see on the T-45d and T-51b, no massive collars from the remnant and enclave armor. What I do like are the shoulder guards from the enclave armor that sit at the side of the shoulders. Since making something meshes from scratch would be a massive waste of time, I will just try to describe it. (and figure out how to get that 3d program open) Which is harder than I thought it would be since I'm thinking this all together. I'll get back to you on that. edit: Legs and torso armor of the t-45d, internal shoulders of the Chinese Stealth Suit with the shoulder armor of the Enclave Shocktrooper armor. edit2: It would be nice to somehow make the helmet have a dome head like the Chinese Stealth Suit. But to make it bulkier I guess so that it would actually look like power armor helmet instead of stealth suit helmet.
  19. Can anyone at least tell me how I can get the scripts of the Mk2 Stealth Suit from OWB regarding the AI small talk, stimpack and med-x injection so that it would work on other armor? As in I want the power armor to act like the Medical Power Armor plus the things that make the stealth suit special. Maybe make it so that the power armor is still usable for the stealth suit test thing that upgrades it as well? Please?

I am more worried about forming the meshes and the textures though so would anyone be willing to help/teach me? Edit: I should say that having a new mesh and textures would be nice, but since that would take too long/hard it would probably be more effective/efficient to use pre-existing armor parts to make the new power armor. Edit2: As long as you don't add the pauldrons from the existing armors. I hate pauldrons.
